When completing the application form, you will be requested to submit the required documents. Please note that you have the option not to submit the documents online. Instead, you can check the box indicating you will bring the documents to the Romanian diplomatic mission or consular post.
Submit Your Application

Can you Apply for a Romania Visa From Another Country?
Yes, you can. In some cases, you may have no other choice.
You can only submit a Romania visa application to the consulate or diplomatic mission of Romania. If there is no Romanian consulate/diplomatic mission in your country, you will have to travel to another, nearby country to do so.
However, you can only submit the Romania visa application in the Romanian consulate/mission that is in a country where you are a citizen or a legal resident.
